Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. If you are experiencing delays, please reach out to customer service to help assist with more additional information.
Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5pm PST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.

We currently ship to all major international markets.
International customers will be provided with a guaranteed calculation of the duties and import taxes that will be required before adding this to the total cost at checkout. Once you've completed your purchase, everything else will be handled by Goggins.
If your package has been returned to sender then we can send it back out for the cost of shipping or provide a refund for the product cost only. If you think your package has been returned to sender but we have not contacted you, let us know by reaching out to SERVICE@DAVIDGOGGINS.COM . We may not be able to send international packages back out, so please ensure you have the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us at SERVICE@DAVIDGOGGINS.COM with photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the ship to address. You will see the shipping calculation for your order at the checkout stage.
