  • What size am I?

    Sizing varies between items so we suggest you to carefully review each item description on fit recommendations and sizing charts.

  • Will items be restocking?

    To see what items will be releasing, follow our Instagram, Twitter & Facebook accounts.

  • Where is my order? Where can I find my tracking?

    Please allow 10 business days for order processing and verification. For all shipped packages, you will receive your tracking number via email or text depending on which contact information you provided when placing your order. Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5pm EST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend. 

  • Can I change/cancel my order?

    You can contact us at support@davidgoggins.com but we cannot guarantee the change can be made.

  • Where do you Ship?

    We currently ship to North America (US, Canada), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore), Europe (most countries) and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand).

  • Will I have to pay for customs fees and import duties on international shipments?

    International customers must pay ALL applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges as determined and varies by government and country. We are unable to and cannot provide you with the total cost of these potential charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse and/or return your order, no charges and fees will be refunded. If you are experiencing delays with your international order, please reach out to customer service to help assist with more additional information.

  • What if my package was returned to sender?

    If your package has been returned to sender then we can send it back out for the cost of shipping or provide a refund. If you think your package has been returned to sender but we have not contacted you, let us know by reaching out to support@davidgoggins.com.  We may not be able to send international packages back out, so please ensure you have the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

  • What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

    If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us at support@davidgoggins.com with photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will take care of it from there for you!

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the ship to address. You will see the shipping calculation for your order at the checkout stage.
